At NailzbyD, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. But we do ask that you give 24 hours or more before your appointment if you need to cancel to avoid a fee of 50% of the service for any reschedules/cancellations. 100% of the service will be charged for no call/no shows. If you are running late please contact me as soon as you can. 15 minutes late will forfeit your appointment time.
